With the days growing shorter and colder, November can bring a dip in mood for many, making it the perfect time to strengthen our resilience together. We’ll have an inspiring movie, creative arts and crafts, and a practical workshop on resilience-building and self-care practices. Whether you're seeking support, looking to connect, or simply want to recharge, this month’s activities are designed to uplift and empower.
